Job summary

Insight is hiring a Full Stack Developer in Pasig to own end-to-end development of AI-driven applications. You will build polished UIs and robust back‑end services, delivering customer-facing tools, dashboards, and workflows within Insight's AI Development team.

The role requires 3+ years in production web apps, proficiency in C# and Python, and strong Azure experience. You will collaborate across teams in an agile environment, writing clean code and contributing to secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a full stack developer delivering production web apps.
• Proficiency in C# and Python; building APIs with FastAPI, Flask, Django, or ASP.NET Core.
• Experience deploying on Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL and/or Cosmos DB/Firestore; Databricks a plus.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows.
• Experience integrating AI features into web apps is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; Agile team.

About the role

The Full Stack Developer is responsible for end-to-end application development on Insight's AI Development team — from building polished user interfaces to developing the backend services that power AI-driven applications. You will work across a variety of projects, building internal tools, customer-facing applications, intelligent dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows that serve Insight's enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This role requires versatility and a solid foundation in modern web development. Your responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI or similar frameworks).
• Integrate AI and LLM-powered features into web applications, working closely with AI Developers and Data Engineers.
• Develop and deploy applications on Microsoft Azure, leveraging cloud services for authentication (Entra), storage, and compute.
• Write clean, testable, well-documented code; participate in code reviews and uphold team coding standards.
• Collaborate with UI/UX Designers, Product Owners, and other engineers to translate requirements into working software.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance, security and reliability.

What we’re looking for

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a full stack developer with a track record of delivering production web applications.
• Back End: Required proficiency in C# and Python; experience building APIs with FastAPI, Flask, Django, or ASP.NET Core.
• Cloud: Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure for application deployment and management.
• Database: Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, Firestore). Experience with Databricks is a plus.
• DevOps: Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based workflows.
• AI Integration: Familiarity with integrating LLM-powered features or AI services into web applications is a plus.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills; comfortable working in an Agile team.
