Job summary

Insight Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a skilled AI Developer to join our AI Development team in a hybrid setup in Pasig. You will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using LLMs and cloud AI services, delivering end-to-end solutions across diverse business domains.

You will collaborate with engineers and architects, implement prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and AI safety guardrails, and stay current with evolving AI tech to accelerate transformation for our Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML application development.
• Hands-on experience building applications with large language models (LLMs). Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG patterns, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Experience with Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, particularly Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure Cognitive Services.
• Strong skills in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Ability to work in an Agile team; strong English communication skills.
• Nice to Have: Exposure to Google Vertex AI; model fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, or on-premises deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered applications using Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, including chat‑based agents, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and intelligent automation workflows.
• Implement prompt engineering strategies, agent orchestration patterns, and AI safety guardrails for production applications.
• Build and integrate APIs that connect AI models to enterprise data sources and business applications.
• Leverage Semantic Kernel and related frameworks for building chatbots, search applications, and agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with Full Stack Developers, Data Engineers, and Architects to deliver end‑to‑end AI solutions.
• Evaluate and test AI model outputs for accuracy, safety, and performance; support fine‑tuning and model evaluation activities as needed.
• Stay current with evolving AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices; contribute to the team's technical knowledge base.

About the role

The AI Developer is a core builder on Insight's AI Development team, focused on designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications using large language models and cloud AI services. You will work on a variety of initiatives — from building conversational AI agents and intelligent search tools to integrating AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications. This is a hands‑on development role for someone who is passionate about applied AI and wants to work across diverse business domains within a Fortune 500 company.Your responsibilities include:

What we’re looking for
