Job summary

Insight Manila is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join its AI Development team in Pasig. The hybrid role combines 2 days in the office with 3 remote days.

The successful candidate will build polished UIs with React, create backend services in Python, and deploy on Microsoft Azure, Entra for authentication, and data storage.

You'll collaborate across UI/UX, product, and data engineering to deliver AI-enabled workflows and dashboards, with a focus on reliability and security.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a full-stack developer with production web apps.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and React; building responsive interfaces.
• Proficiency in C# and Python; experience with APIs (FastAPI/Flask/Django/ASP.NET Core).
• Experience deploying to Microsoft Azure and managing cloud resources.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end interfaces using React and JavaScript.
• Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI or similar).
• Integrate AI and LLM-powered features into web applications, working closely with AI Developers and Data Engineers.

This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work 2 days in the office and 3 days a week from home.

Location: Insight Manila, 10F-11F Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605.

About the role

The Full Stack Developer is responsible for end-to-end application development on Insight's AI Development team—from building polished user interfaces to developing the backend services that power AI-driven applications. You will work across a variety of projects, building internal tools, customer-facing applications, intelligent dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows that serve Insight's enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a full‑stack developer with a track record of delivering production web applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and React; experience building responsive, accessible user interfaces.
• Proficiency in C# and Python; experience building APIs with FastAPI, Flask, Django, or ASP.NET Core.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure for application deployment and management.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, Firestore). Experience with Databricks is a plus.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git‑based workflows.
• Familiarity with integrating LLM‑powered features or AI services into web applications is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills; comfortable working in an Agile team.
