Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Dev Business Analyst, Associate to support the Infor M3 FBM module. The role focuses on gathering and analyzing business requirements across the full product development lifecycle, collaborating with product managers, developers, QA, and writers.

You will develop hands-on knowledge of the product, processes, and end-user needs to drive enhancements and support for customers in Manila, Philippines.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Exposure to software design and development processes.
• Knowledge of electronic messaging standards (ISO 20022, e-invoicing, e-reporting).
• Experience with structured data formats (XML, JSON).
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participates in development planning for the team.
• Ensures product designs fulfill defined business requirements.
• Provides input on coding, quality, and implementation considerations.
• Reviews release documentation such as configuration and integration guides.
• Supports product maintenance and ongoing support activities.
• Investigates, validates, and prioritizes bug resolutions.
• Performs various types of testing: integration, functional, regression, and smoke.
