FGC+ in the Philippines is seeking detail-oriented Research Analysts to support a U.S.-based team with public records research and data entry. You will help manage high-volume projects and ensure accuracy of reports.

You will conduct online searches across state, county, town, and court websites, extract lien types and public record details, and enter findings into internal systems. We’re hiring for graduates with 1–2 years’ experience or strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field or associate/SHS with relevant experience.
• 1–2 years in data entry, research, BPO, shared services, or admin support.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Familiar with spreadsheets and workflow systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online searches across state, county, town, and court websites for individuals and entities.
• Identify and extract relevant lien types and public record information.
• Accurately enter research findings into internal systems.
• Compile and structure reports for client delivery.
• Ensure information is accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
• Follow structured workflows and collaborate with managers for feedback.
