Job summary

Hotel San Emilio Corporation invites an Accounting Assistant to join our finance team in Metro Manila. The ideal candidate will have a degree in accounting or finance and at least one year of hands-on experience supporting general accounting tasks.

You will work with MS Excel and QuickBooks to ensure accurate financial records, assist with daily reconciliations, and help meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: BS Accountancy, Finance, BSBA or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of work experience as Accounting Assistant/Staff/Clerk or equivalent.
• Knowledge of General Accounting is an advantage.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in MS Excel and QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
