Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT support roles.
• Solid knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with servers and basic Linux administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to end users and ensure smooth operation of computers, network devices and printers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user application issues and maintain support documentation.
• Handle asset management and liaise with vendors; manage inventory.
• Maintain office network infrastructure, IT security and antivirus tools.
• Assist with first-level troubleshooting for backups, system monitoring and reporting.
