Job summary

ZigZag Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Design Support professional to create high-quality, client-ready 3D landscape designs using SketchUp and D5 Rendering. You will work with the Design Consultant to ensure designs are presentation-ready.

Responsibilities include developing concepts from client briefs, staying updated on relevant design trends, adhering to guidelines, refining designs based on feedback, and supporting Sales with design input.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented and able to translate client briefs into high quality 3D landscape designs.
• Ability to revise designs based on consultant feedback and client input.
• Proficiency in project collaboration tools and presentation delivery.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Design Consultant and ensure completed designs are ready for client presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop concept and detailed landscape designs based on client briefs provided by the Design Consultant.

• Build and maintain knowledge of current design trends, products, and materials available in Australia.

• Understand and adhere to design guidelines in line with council regulations and building compliance requirements.

• Revise and refine designs based on client and consultant feedback.

• Support Sales and Estimation teams by providing design input as required.

• Optionally prepare detailed drafting for construction purposes (not a mandatory requirement).

• Ensure designs are accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with the original design brief.

• Deliver high‑quality, presentation‑ready designs with minimal rework.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Accuracy of designs in meeting requirements based on the design brief and adjustments provided by the Design Consultant.

• Complete designs with minimal rework, with a target of two or fewer rounds of revision within the original design brief.

• Consistently deliver high‑quality designs with a premium finish.
