Job description

This position requires expertise in Design CAD Programs and the ability to produce work consistently and accurately.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing the lifecycle of design information from concept to final issue of drawings

• Ability to produce construction drawings from design drawing

• Conceptualising complex graphics and illustrations using CAD, 3D Renders and Revit

• Ensuring that all deadlines are met with high quality information

• Recommending process improvements and applying lessons learned

• Performing all responsibilities listed above to develop and deliver ad hoc tasks such as presentations, graphics, marketing collateral, etc

• Contributing to libraries of design data

• Ability to manage multiple projects

• Assist team in identifying and illustrating the projects unique selling points or key drivers

• Ability to manage and coordinate others both upstream and downstream, to ensure that information is received and deadlines are met.

Software knowledge:

• Excellent knowledge of CAD and Adobe Creative Suites

• SketchUp with other forms of plug-ins for rendering (Enscape / Lumion / Vray)

• Proficient with Revit and BIM is a bonus

• MS office Application
