You will lead design systems, mentor designers, and collaborate with UX, strategy, and development to deliver cohesive, scalable solutions that delight users worldwide.

Based in a hybrid capacity, this role emphasizes hands-on leadership, collaboration, and a strong point of view on concept development and visual language across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UI design, art direction, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor design teams.
• Expertise in creating and evolving design systems for scalable products.
• Strong knowledge of UI, mobile, and responsive design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to clients and stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with UX and development teams.
