Lexagle is seeking a Head of Design to lead and scale our design function. You will set direction, build governance, and turn design impact into actionable business narratives across product teams.

The role demands a strong craft, systems thinking, and a track record of guiding design from concept through execution. You will own the design roadmap, establish KPIs, and create processes that ensure quality and consistency even under rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in product design
• Designed governance/process systems
• Experience with KPI/metrics systems
• Strong personal craft in design
• Able to translate design into business language
• Enterprise SaaS or B2B platform experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Own design vision and product experience direction with clear rationale.
• Define design operating model across functions (UX Research, Design System, Product Design).
• Set phase-gate criteria and review cadence to catch issues early.
• Audit shipped work against five design principles and push for stronger ideas.
