Job summary

T1 Project Services is seeking a proactive design support team member in the Philippines to assist the design team with FF&E schedules, material boards, research, AutoCAD tasks, and project organization.

You will help compile supplier information, prepare design boards, and support internal and client meetings with visual materials. Basic AutoCAD and 3D rendering tasks will be performed under the design manager’s guidance.

Qualifications

• Able to support design documentation and material preparation.
• Proficient in producing basic 3D models and renderings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
• Comfort with researching design trends and materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing FF&E schedules, sample boards, and design documents.
• Research trends, furniture systems, materials, and accessories for concept development.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

• Support the team in preparing FF&E schedules, sample material boards, and other design-related documents.
• Research current trends, furniture systems, materials, and accessories to aid in concept development and sourcing.
• Help manage the design material and sample library, ensuring proper labeling and accessibility of items.
• Assist in compiling supplier contact information and help in requesting product samples or catalogs.
• Aid in the preparation of design boards, presentation materials, and visual aids for internal and client meetings,
• Assist in basic AutoCAD drawings, 3D models, and rendering tasks as directed by the design manager.
• Help organize project files, update tracking sheets, and handle clerical tasks related to the design team's needs.
