Job summary

Geanaux Systems Corp. in Manila City invites applications for a Design Engineer (ECE) to join our dynamic team. This full-time role focuses on the design and development of cutting-edge electrical and electronic systems.

Responsibilities include establishing project criteria, coordinating designs, preparing BOQs and submittals, and supporting sales with technical presentations. A degree in a related field and up to 3 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in electrical/electronic design, preferably in construction.
• Strong understanding of electrical/electronic components and test equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and effectively communicate technical concepts.
• Experience with project management and technical documentation is a plus.

• Assist Sales personnel by providing technical presentations and participating in clarificatory meetings.

About the role

Geanaux Systems Corp. is seeking a talented Design Engineer (ECE) to join our dynamic team in our Manila City Metro Manila office. This is a full-time position where you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of cutting-edge electrical and electronic systems.

What you'll be doing

• You will be responsible for establishing project inspection criteria, coordinating the review of project designs and ensuring the proper implementation of project elements.
• Collaborate with the Senior Engineers to create more efficient methods and maintain profitability
• Develop the specifications for all equipment that is required for each project
• Formulate realistic parameters for each project, including design elements and implementation procedures
• Prepare the Bill of quantities based on the Floor plan Lay-out.
• Prepare Submittals to be included in the proposal such as but not limited to, technical data sheets, shop drawings, project methodology, work schedules, etc.
• Assist Sales Personnel in closing the project by providing technical presentation, attend clarificatory meeting, etc.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering or a related field
• 0-3 years of experience in Electrical/Electronic design, preferably in the Construction Industry (Auxiliary)
• Strong understanding of electrical/electronic components and test equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate technical concepts
• Experience with project management and technical documentation is a plus
