Job summary

PandaDoc is seeking a Design Engineer to lead the design of our API and integrations within the Embedded Agreements track. You will work at the crossroads of design and engineering, ensuring user-friendly interfaces for developers and power users.

This role involves close collaboration with product teams to define strategy, designing AI-native patterns, and rapidly prototyping solutions in code. If you have a strong design and engineering background, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Strong experience across both design and front-end engineering.
• Portfolio of shipped interfaces or widely-used components.
• Fluency in React, TypeScript, modern CSS.
• Genuine interest in developer experience and APIs.
• Active use of Cursor and Claude Code in daily workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of API and integrations areas from end to end.
• Partner with product to shape strategy for user interaction.
• Design and prototype AI-native patterns for APIs.
• Prototype ideas in code quickly using React.
• Trailblaze the Design Engineer function at PandaDoc.

Skills
