Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Chief-level AI Solution Engineering leader to embed AI into everyday software development workflows and tooling across front-end and back-end teams. Qualifications

• 5+ years leading AI solution engineering and developer enablement initiatives.
• 5+ years applying AI/ML strategy to software delivery and engineering productivity.
• 7+ years designing and implementing AI agents frameworks in engineering workflows.
• Strong leadership to influence engineering culture and tool adoption.
• Strong ownership to plan, prioritize, and deliver cross-team workflow improvements.
• Hands-on tooling with IDE ecosystems, version control, and CI/CD environments.
• Broad front-end and back-end context to optimize workflows.
• Experience in automating unit tests, docs, and code review assistance.
• Excellent communication and ability to train engineers on AI guidelines.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
