Job summary

AHD Advance Communication System, Inc. in Makati is seeking a Telecom Design Engineer to prepare telecom network designs for fiber optic, OSP, FTTH/FTTB, and transport. You will create detailed layouts using AutoCAD and Google Earth, and support project execution from planning through delivery.

The role involves site surveys, BOM/BOQ preparation, and ensuring compliance with telco standards and safety regulations. Collaboration with PMs, field engineers, and clients is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare telecom network designs for fiber optic, OSP, FTTH, FTTB, and Transport.
• Create detailed engineering plans, layouts, and technical drawings using AutoCAD, Google Earth, and other design tools.
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for network deployment.
• Prepare BOM, BOQ, As-Built plans, and design documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, field engineers, and clients regarding project requirements and design revisions.
• Ensure compliance with telco standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
• Review and validate technical data, route plans, and cable layouts.
• Support permitting and submission requirements for project implementation.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure design deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Provide technical support during project execution and troubleshooting
