Job summary

Argusland Inc in the Philippines is seeking an experienced urban planner to develop master plans focusing on land use, transportation, public spaces, and community engagement for sustainable growth.

You will coordinate with government agencies for necessary permits, collaborate with civil, structural, and MEP engineers to ensure feasible designs, and present solutions to management while aligning with regulatory and sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop Master Plans: Formulate long-term urban development and master plans, focusing on land use, transportation, public spaces, and community engagement to foster sustainable growth.
• Manage Regulatory Approvals: Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits and approvals for architectural and planning proposals.
• Conceptualize and Design Projects: Develop innovative architectural and urban design concepts from initial programming through detailed design phases, ensuring alignment with needs, regulations, and sustainability goals.
• Conduct Site and Context Analysis: Perform comprehensive studies of sites, including zoning, infrastructure, environmental factors, and historical context to inform design and planning strategies.
• Coordinate with Engineering Teams: Collaborate closely with Civil, Structural, and MEP engineers to integrate technical requirements into the overall design, ensuring feasibility and constructability.
• Present Design Solutions: Clearly articulate and present design proposals and urban planning concepts to management, effectively addressing feedback.
