Qualifications

• The Deputy Sales Head supports overall direction and performance of sales operations for Digital and Branch Sales.
• Leads day-to-day sales execution and operational performance for the assigned area and units.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Head in crafting annual and quarterly sales strategies and targets.
• Monitor performance dashboards and intervene in underperforming areas.
• Oversee sales campaigns and incentive programs to ensure efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor Area Managers and Digital Sales managers.
• Oversee multiple sales channels and monitor performance: Digital Sales, Branch Sales.
• Collaborate with Area managers to monitor branch performance and execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing for online lead generation and conversion.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and responsible lending practices.
• Supervise and mentor Area Managers and Digital Sales managers to strengthen leadership.
• Support manpower planning, training, and succession development for the sales organization.
• Work with Marketing & Trade Relations to execute sales strategies and perform other assigned roles.

Job description

Reports to the Sales Division Head.The Deputy Sales Division Head supports the overall direction,managementand performance of the company’s sales operations for both Digital and Branch Sales.Leads day to day sales execution and operational performance for the assigned area and units.

Key Responsibilities

The Deputy Sales Head will be doing the following responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution

1. Assist the Sales Head in crafting annual and quarterly sales strategies, goals, and targets.
2. Translate company-wide objectives into actionable sales plans per region, channel, and branch.
3. Monitor performance dashboards and ensure proactive interventions in underperforming areas.
4. Oversee sales campaigns, incentive programs, and lead management systems to ensure pipeline efficiency.

Operational Support and Monitoring

• Oversee multiple sales channels and monitor performance of the following:
• Digital Sales
• Branch Sales: Monitor branch performance and ensure effective execution through the assistance of Area managers.
• Digital Sales: Collaborate with Marketing for online lead generation and conversion.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and responsible lending practices through random field checks and audits.

Leadership and People Development

1. Supervise and mentor Area Managers and Digital Sales managers to strengthen field leadership.
2. Support in manpower planning, training, and succession development for the sales organization.

Other activities and roles

1. Work closely with other units and departments (Marketing & Trade Relations) in order to execute sales strategies.
2. And perform other roles that may be assigned from time to time.
