Job summary

REURASIA MANAGEMENT CORPORATION is seeking an experienced professional to manage Contracts, Bid & Proposal Management, and Project Cost controls for EPC projects in the biomass and biogas sector.

The role involves preparing basic engineering contracts, responding to tenders, tracking budgets, schedules, deliverables, and maintaining ISO 9001 document control, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder communication and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review scopes of work based on incoming leads
• Prepare basic engineering contracts
• Respond to calls for tender by assembling required documents
• Build budget estimates and pricing models for EPC projects
• Track questions and answers, agendas, and submission deadlines
• Monitor projects progress using tracking tools for deliverables, milestones, and costs
• Keep all project registers and trackers organized and up to date
• Draft concise status reports for client and internal reviews
• Produce monthly progress reports including risk and issue logs
• Support client and internal meetings: send agendas, take minutes, follow up on actions
• Maintain document control aligned with ISO 9001
• Basic engineering (power plant sizing, heat & balance) for biomass and biogas projects
• Business modeling
• Environmental impact analysis
• Land & grid studies
