Job summary

Hlfppt is hiring a Finance Manager to lead all accounting activities for the project, ensuring accurate financial reporting and policy adherence.

The role covers budgeting, forecasting, donor compliance, and statutory filings, with collaboration across auditors, banks, and stakeholders. Advanced Excel and ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• CA preferred or equivalent finance qualification.
• Experience with donor funding and statutory compliance.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all finance and accounting functions for the project.
• Prepare financial statements and Balance Sheet.
• Review entries, receivables and payables.
• Ensure GST, TDS, PF, ESI compliance and reporting.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, donors and authorities.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.

• Manage and oversee all finance and accounting functions for the project.
• Financial statement/Balance Sheet preparation
• Review accounting entries and supporting documents.
• Review receivables and payables Reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Societies Act/FCRA, as applicable.
• Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets (Budget vs Actual).
• Prepare donor financial reports and utilization certificates.
• Ensure compliance with donor agreements and reporting requirements.
• Manage banking operations and fund management.
• Coordinate statutory, internal, donor, and government audits.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, donors, and other stakeholders.
• Implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Supervise finance team members
• Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
• CA Inter/MBA (Finance)/M.Com with substantial relevant experience may also be considered.

Technical Skills
