Job summary

KW Group is seeking a high-caliber DGM – Accounts & Finance at its Noida head office. The role leads core accounting and taxation functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and audit coordination.

The ideal candidate holds CA/MBA Finance/PGDM with 4–5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance. You will drive GST, TDS, and Income Tax processes, strengthen controls, and liaise with auditors and authorities.

Qualifications

• CA/ MBA Finance/ PGDM in Finance with strong technical knowledge in GST, TDS and Income Tax.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounts, taxation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliations.
• Oversee TDS compliance, filings, returns, and periodic reconciliations.
• Manage Income Tax compliance, assessments, and related documentation.
• Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and ledger scrutiny.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors and ensure timely closure of audits.
• Ensure adherence to all statutory, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes and systems.
• Liaise with government authorities and external consultants when required.
