School Of Virtual Assistance (SOVA) in the Philippines is seeking medically trained staff for a Dental Healthcare Virtual Assistant role serving US dentists and dental professionals. You will handle back-office duties and patient communications from a remote setup.

We are a US-based company seeking medically trained staff based in the Philippines.

As a Dental Healthcare Virtual Assistant® (DHVA), you will work directly with our clients — Dentists and dental professionals with different specialties based in the USA.

We help our clients improve workflow, save time, and remove the burden of in-room documentation. A DHVA can also help with back-office and administrative tasks.

Our goal is to help you succeed in this up-and-coming field of dental documentation and healthcare virtual assisting.

Requirements

You will be successful in this role if you have the following qualifications:

• You are a graduate of any dental health profession, and/or
• You have experience with U.S. dental insurances
• You can speak and write well in English
• You are proficient with dental terminologies and practices
• You can connect with a variety of people and build rapport
• You have good attention to detail especially in written reports
• You are comfortable with virtual technologies and can quickly learn.
• Internet speed must be at least 10mbps download and at least 3mbps upload.
• Have reliable computer hardware and software (will be verified by our tech team)
• Have a webcam and headset
• Able to work at night i.e 11pm-8am (8am – 5pm Arizona time)
• RNs with dental office work experience are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with dental insurance verification experience are encouraged to apply

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: Php 45,000.00 – Php 60,000.00 per month
