Job summary

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Supply Planning professional in the Philippines to create weekly replenishment plans, participate in S&OP forecast meetings, and drive optimal inventory levels across DCs and stores. You will work with demand planning to adjust the plan and ensure availability across warehouses.

The role requires 1–2 years in demand or supply planning, a strong analytical mindset, and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
• 1–2 years in demand or supply planning.
• Experience with FMCG/grocery retailers is a plus.
• Experience in demand planning for online marketplaces or e-commerce is a plus.
• Analytical mind with data-driven decision making.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Create weekly replenishment plans on a supplier level.
• Participate in S&OP forecast meetings.
• Calculate a proper supply plan based on demand forecast.
• Prepare monthly and weekly supply planning files and KPI reports.
• Maintain inventory health in DC/store based on target days cover.
• Collaborate with demand planning specialist to adjust plans.
• Monitor supplier issues and escalate to ensure availability.
• Identify slow-moving SKUs and flag actions.
• Identify SKUs with no movement past 28 days.
• Coordinate with inventory controller on stock balancing.
• Own the category group in S&OP ordering and availability.
• Work cross-functionally on projects and issues.
• Other tasks as relevant.
