Job summary

HRTX is seeking a proactive Demand Planner to forecast demand, monitor stock, and support operations. You will analyze data, track inventory, and partner with cross-functional teams to keep supply aligned with sales.

Responsibilities include building accurate forecasts from historical data and events, reviewing stock levels, and presenting stakeholders with clear reports. You will thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment and help improve supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IE, or related field.
• 1–2 years in demand planning or inventory management, FMCG preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and demand forecasting software; ERP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate demand forecasts from historical data and upcoming promotions/events.
• Monitor stock aging and manage replenishment for stores and warehouses.
• Review inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimal turnover.
• Analyze trends, evaluate forecast accuracy, and adjust models as needed.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Purchasing to optimize stock availability.
• Prepare and present demand and inventory reports to stakeholders.
• Implement best practices in demand planning and support supply chain improvements.
