Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in demand planning and forecasting processes.
• Experience in inventory management preferably within pharmacy or retail industry.
• Proven track record of improving forecast accuracy and optimizing inventory levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure creation, review, and management of purchase orders to order goods and services correctly.
• Analyze inventory needs to ensure stock availability using historical data and market trends.
• Initiate post-distribution of all available warehouse stocks to respective stores.
• Review and update parameter set up in the Replenishment Tool.
• Create order scheduler based on vendor’s ordering frequency.
• Ensure timely order booking based on order scheduler and that orders are within purchase budget.
