Fly Ace Corporation is seeking a Demand Planner to support and optimize our supply chain by analyzing data and forecasting demand. The role focuses on data collection, process improvement, and collaboration with procurement, production, and sales to align planning with business goals.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics analysis, with SAP experience and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, Business or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution analysis.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems; knowledge of process-improvement tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Data collection and analysis of inventory, orders, logistics, and performance.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive cross-functional improvements.
• Assess warehouse and transport operations for cost-saving.
• Support capacity planning with demand forecasts.
• Develop reports and dashboards for KPIs.
• Prepare SOPs and process documentation.
