Lifestrong Marketing Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Forecasting & Analysis professional to prepare and maintain reliable demand forecasts, evaluate historical data and trends, and monitor variances for actionable improvements.

The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations in S&OP meetings, aligns demand with supply, and supports ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) and reporting improvements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain reliable short-term and long-term demand forecasts.
• Evaluate historical sales data, market trends, and seasonal patterns to enhance forecast accuracy.
• Monitor forecast variances, investigate their causes, and provide actionable recommendations to improve planning.
• Assist in developing statistical models and implementing data-driven forecasting methodologies.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to gather relevant inputs for demand planning.
• Incorporate promotional activities, new product launches, and customer insights into demand forecasts.
• Participate in monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings by providing forecast updates and planning inputs.
• Coordinate with inventory and supply planning teams to ensure demand forecasts are aligned with supply capabilities.
• Track inventory levels and support initiatives to maintain optimal stock levels while reducing the risk of overstocking or stock shortages.
• Contribute to replenishment planning to help achieve targeted service levels.
• Update and maintain planning information within ERP and demand planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators, including forecast accuracy and inventory turnover.
• Support the enhancement and automation of planning tools, reports, and reporting processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve demand planning processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in creating, updating, and refining standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to forecasting and demand planning.
