Job summary

One Food Group in the Philippines is seeking a Demand Planning Lead to manage end-to-end demand planning and replenishment, ensuring supply aligns with customer needs and company goals.

You will forecast, plan inventory, and collaborate with sales, production, and logistics to optimize service levels. The role requires a Bachelor's in IE or related field, with FMCG planning/warehouse experience and SAP/Oracle proficiency; on-site work in Sta. Maria, Bulacan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or allied field.
• Experience in Food Industry or FMCG planning or warehouse/inventory preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ERP proficiency (SAP, Oracle).
• Willing to work full-time on-site in Sta. Maria, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the demand planning and replenishment processes to align with the company's strategic goals and customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights to drive inventory planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, production, and logistics to synchronize supply chain activities.
• Monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely replenishment and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
• Analyze and report on KPIs related to demand accuracy, inventory turnover, and service level targets.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the demand and replenishment processes while developing strategies to improve overall supply chain performance.
