Job summary

Umpisa Inc. in Manila, Philippines, seeks a Technical Delivery Manager to lead project initiation, planning and closure, and to organize essential deliverables such as kickoff decks, project management plans and closure reports.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, align projects to business outcomes, track progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery on time and within budget using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/CE/BA or related field.
• At least 7 years of Technical Delivery Management experience.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for communications and coordination with key project stakeholders.
• Assist in prioritization of IT projects as part of business planning.
• Align with CLIENT’s product/project managers on outcomes and timelines.
• Track and report project progress per agreed frequency.
• Manage project closure ensuring deliverables are achieved and documented.
