Job summary

IT Manager Inc. is seeking a Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery of builds, enhancements, and bug fixes for assigned channels/products.

You will manage cross-functional development teams, align technical work with business priorities, and ensure delivery meets security, compliance and quality standards. You will own the software delivery cycle from planning to production deployment and work with product, business analysis, solution design, QA, developers and the SCRUM Master to remove

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Delivery Lead experience, banking background preferred.
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with Agile.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and manage risks.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end software delivery cycle from planning to production deployment.
• Work with product, BA, design, QA, developers and SCRUM Master to remove roadblocks.
• Define delivery timelines and ensure they meet objectives.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for stakeholders and third-party partners.
• Communicate delivery risks, dependencies, and progress to stakeholders.
• Guide development teams on architecture, design and implementation strategies.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable and align with best practices.
• Drive adoption of CI/CD, DevSecOps and QA practices.

DeliveryLead(DL)will be responsible forleading the end-to-enddeliveryof builds, enhancements, and bug fixes of assigned channels/products. The DL will manage cross functional development teams, align technical execution with business priorities, and ensuredeliverymeets security, compliance, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Own the softwaredeliverycycle, from planning to production deployment, for assigned channels/products

• Work closely with product, business analyst, solution design, quality assurance, developers and scrum master to ensure alignment and remove roadblocks

• Definedeliverytimelines, track progress, and ensuredeliverymeets agreed objectives

• Serve as primary technical contact for stakeholders and third-party partners

• Communicatedeliveryrisks, dependencies, and progress to stakeholders

• Guide development team on architecture, design, and implementation strategies

• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and align with best practices

• Drive adoption of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Quality Assurance practices

• Collaborate with techleads and architects on staffing, priorities, and technical debt management

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years’ experience as Delivery Lead, experience in banking industry is preferred.
• Strong technical background with experience in relevant technologies and platforms.
• Excellent project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with risk management and mitigation.
