SM Investments is seeking a treasury professional to analyze the Group’s debt profile, assess financing risks, and support fund-raising strategies. You will collaborate with business units to gather data, develop funding plans, and evaluate financing instruments for strategic impact.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, detail orientation, and Excel-based modeling, with AI knowledge preferred to improve processes and decision-making across onshore and offshore markets.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in treasury, capital markets, corporate finance or data science.
• Strong analytical skills and numerical accuracy.
• Detail oriented and meticulous with numbers/data.
• Good Excel modeling; AI knowledge is preferred.
• College degree in Economics or Finance or related business fields.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis on Group’s debt profile and assess financing risks for the Group.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to manage financing risks for the Group.
• Assist in development and execution of fund-raising strategies (e.g. capital market issuances) for the Group.
• Evaluation of proposed transaction structure.
• Deal management and documentation.
• Evaluate financing instruments/solutions, and its suitability to Group needs.
• Monitor and understand macro factors affecting both onshore and offshore markets.
• Champion adoption of technology for process improvements.
• Proactively liaise and regularly dialogue with various business units to gather data, develop and execute funding strategies.
