Job summary

Pinnacle Intelligence is seeking a Deals Posting Processor to accurately post automotive deals into our systems from our Alabang, Muntinlupa location. This role demands precision, speed, and integrity, supporting finance and sales teams to maintain timely workflows.

You will work onsite on a fixed night shift 9:00 PM–6:00 AM, with weekends off, contributing to financial accuracy and customer satisfaction through careful posting and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Business graduate or its equivalent ready to apply academic knowledge to realworld operational excellence.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines prepared to Shift into High Gear when volume spikes.
• Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on Accelerating with Precision in every task.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards, consistently Steering with Integrity & Respect.
• Prior experience in automotive retail, finance, or BPO operations preferred.
• Amenability: Willing to work full onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa. Available for a fixed weekday night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with weekends off.
