Pinnacle Intelligence is seeking a Deals Posting Processor to ensure accurate and timely posting of automotive deals into our systems. This role demands precision, speed, and integrity aligned with our values, directly impacting financial accuracy and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with sales and finance teams in an on-site capacity at Alabang, Muntinlupa, supporting smooth cross‑department workflows.

Formación

• Business graduate or equivalent with a strong operational mindset.
• Excellent detail orientation and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in DMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high integrity.
• Experience in automotive retail, finance, or BPO is preferred.
• Willing to work full onsite in Alabang; night shift 9:00 PM–6:00 AM, weekends off.

As a Deals Posting Processor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely posting of automotive deals into our systems. Key Responsibilities

• Process and validate deals in accordance with company policies and compliance standards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain smooth workflow across departments.
• Monitor KPIs and performance objectives, proactively identifying areas for improvement to accelerate operational efficiency.
• Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and internal controls, demonstrating integrity and respect in every transaction.
• Leverage technology tools to streamline posting processes and reduce errors, embodying precision in execution.
• Provide clear and respectful communication when addressing issues or clarifying deal details with internal stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

• Business graduate or its equivalent ready to apply academic knowledge to realworld operational excellence.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines prepared to Shift into High Gear when volume spikes.
• Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on Accelerating with Precision in every task.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards, consistently Steering with Integrity & Respect.
• Prior experience in automotive retail, finance, or BPO operations preferred.
• Amenability:Willing to work full onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa. Available for a fixed weekday night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with weekends off.
