Position Summary

As a Deals Posting Processor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely posting of automotive deals into our systems. Your work willdirectly impact financial accuracy and customer satisfaction, making you an essential partof our performance-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and validate deals in accordance with company policies and compliance standards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain smooth workflow across departments.
• Monitor KPIs and performance objectives, proactively identifying areas for improvement to accelerate operational efficiency.
• Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and internal controls, demonstrating integrity and respect in every transaction.
• Leverage technology tools to streamline posting processes and reduce errors, embodying precision in execution.
• Provide clear and respectful communication when addressing issues or clarifying deal details with internal stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

• Business graduate or its equivalent-ready to apply academic knowledge to real world operational excellence.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines prepared to Shift into High Gear when volume spikes.
• Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on Accelerating with Precision in every task.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards, consistently Steering with Integrity & Respect.
• Prior experience in automotive retail, finance, or BPO operations preferred.
• Amenability:Willing to work full onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa. Available for a fixed weekday night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with weekends off.
