Accenture PLC in Cebu City is seeking a Procurement Practice Associate Manager to lead sourcing projects within the Source-to-Contract lifecycle. This role requires strategic category development, supplier outreach, RFx events, and contract execution, with a focus on AI-enabled procurement and value delivery for clients.

You'll mentor teams, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with senior stakeholders across global locations.

• Contracting experience is preferred only

Responsabilités

• Develop category strategies, roadmaps, and pipelines by leveraging market intelligence, supplier research, and financial/commercial analyses to align with client business goals.
• Lead sourcing initiatives across the S2C lifecycle, including supplier outreach, RFx events, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Perform financial and commercial analyses of supplier proposals and contracts to inform negotiation strategies and optimize client outcomes.
• Champion AI and digital enablement, embedding enterprise-approved tools into sourcing workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and stakeholder outcomes.
• Develop market intelligence and thought leadership content to enable knowledge sharing, position procurement as a trusted advisor, and support external visibility with clients.
• Deliver client-facing business development support, including contract assessments, due diligence, and development of business cases and case studies.
• Mentor and coach teams, building capability in sourcing execution, stakeholder engagement, AI literacy, procurement best practices, and Sourcing expertise.
• Foster high-trust relationships with senior stakeholders and suppliers, adapting to global cultures and organizational structures.
• Drive continuous improvement and transformational change in procurement delivery models, sourcing practices, and supplier ecosystems.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to multiple customer locations.

OVERALL PURPOSE:

Overall Purpose: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented sourcing professional to lead sourcing projects of increasing complexity within the Source-to-Contract (S2C) lifecycle.
