Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Sourcing professional to lead complex Source-to-Contract projects from Cebu, Philippines. This role is Return to Office and requires travel up to 50% to multiple client locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies, roadmaps, and pipelines using market intelligence, supplier research, and financial analyses to align with client goals.
• Lead sourcing initiatives across the Source-to-Contract lifecycle, including supplier outreach, RFx events, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Perform financial and commercial analyses of supplier proposals and contracts to inform negotiation strategies and optimize client outcomes.
• Champion AI and digital enablement, embedding enterprise-approved tools into sourcing workflows to improve efficiency and stakeholder outcomes.
• Develop market intelligence and thought leadership content to enable knowledge sharing and support external visibility with clients.
• Deliver client-facing business development support, including contract assessments, due diligence, and development of business cases and case studies.
• Mentor and coach teams, building capability in sourcing execution, stakeholder engagement, AI literacy, procurement best practices, and Sourcing expertise.
• Foster high-trust relationships with senior stakeholders and suppliers, adapting to global cultures and organizational structures.
• Drive continuous improvement and transformational change in procurement delivery models and supplier ecosystems.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to multiple customer locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  
• Develop category strategies, roadmaps, and pipelines by leveraging market intelligence, supplier research, and financial/commercial analyses to align with client business goals.
  
• Lead sourcing initiatives across the S2C lifecycle, including supplier outreach, RFx events, negotiations, and contract execution.
  
• Perform financial and commercial analyses of supplier proposals and contracts to inform negotiation strategies and optimize client outcomes.

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 5 years in Contracts/Contracting experience (Procurement, Category Management or Global Sourcing are preferred only)
