Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned Business Transformation Manager in the Philippines, returning to office in Taguig. The role focuses on leading Process Transformation roadmaps, driving Business Excellence and Agile Automation across global delivery.

The candidate will guide teams, define strategic initiatives, and ensure BE involvement in complex deals. The ideal candidate has extensive leadership experience, Belt certifications, and a track record in AI/RPA.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years overall experience in business transformation.
• 6–8 years in Procurement role as a BT lead.
• Black Belt/Green Belt trained or certified.
• 5 years leadership experience or ICs with senior responsibilities in prior role.
• College graduate.
• Open to all industries in ASEAN and local market.
• Relevant experience in AI or RPA.
• Provision for P43/P44 hires.

Responsibilities

• Transform the organization from conventional detection to prevention through Business Excellence.
• Guide, direct, maintain and monitor activities for successful Business Excellence application.
• Implement systems and processes delivering 100% conformance to customer requirements.
• Engage with client process teams to improve client processes and drive client value.
• Drive metric rigor using Balanced Scorecard to reduce defects and variation.
• Build relationships across regions to support identification, review and execution of improvements.

• The key responsibilities include driving Process Transformation roadmap, defining and implementing strategic initiatives to ensure our continued success in the deployment of the Business Excellence practices and Agile Automation
• Drive Business Excellence (BE) value proposition and secure BE involvement in most complex onshore delivery deals
• Clear thought process to lead, guide and develop team to provide services to cluster of clients
• Strategic thinker leading the team
• Lead Business Excellence span across Operating Group / Delivery Region
• Own and deliver the Geo Automation in concert with respective delivery teams.
• Maintain team flexibility and skills to be able to support recovery work as needed.
• Maintain team recoverability

Essential Functions:

• Transform the organization from focus on conventional detection and containment to focused on best-in-class prevention
• Guide, direct, maintain and monitor all activities associated with the successful application Business Excellence
• Implement systems and processes that deliver improvement toward 100% conformance to customer requirements
• Engaging with Client process team and work on project that improve client processes and drive client value
• Drive rigorous metrics related to the Balance Score Card to evaluate performance and drive reduction in variability/defects in critical business processes
• Build relationships with other regions and global team resources in order to support identification, review, prioritization and execution of key improvements opportunities/projects to drive results

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 12-15 years overall experience in business transformation
• Minimum 6-8 years in Procurement role as a BT lead

• 5 years leadership experience but open to resources who have been ICs in their previous role/company
• College graduate
• Open to all industries in ASEAN and local market
