Accenture Philippines in Taguig is seeking a Business Transformation Manager to evangelize transformation solutions, shape end-to-end programs, and build a strong pipeline of proposals with senior client leadership. You will drive digital, data-driven operations and coordinate across teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The role requires 10–12 years of operations experience with 6–8 years in BT, knowledge of F&A processes, and belts in Six Sigma.

• 3-5 years F&A experience (PTP/RTR/OTC) not necessarily BT work.
• Sigma black belt or green belt training.

• Anchor RFP responses and support solution run-through during sales cycles.
• Drive automation as a strategic enabler, covering RPA, AI/ML, and governance.
• Perform due-diligence and advise on data mining/transformation ecosystems.
• Lead Work Orchestration through intelligent finance, flexible models, and agile workforce.
• Evangelize finance transformation proposals within Accenture's ecosystem and partners.

POSITION TITLE: Business Transformation Manager

WORK SETUP: Hybrid

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evangelize Business Transformation solutions for clients for their retained and outsourced organization
• Creating customer engaging solutions focusing on end-to-end transformation, resulting in “Future Ready” Operations
• Maintain a strong pipeline of proposals through enhanced stakeholder experience and delivering business outcomes
• Accelerate the journey to digital, data-driven, intelligent operations by bringing together the best innovative digital technologies, process, and industry expertise
• Draw data and insights from client engagement, industry, and business process expertise
• Engagement with client senior leadership focused on Transformation Roadmap creation, Target operating model and Optimizing Tactical Value
• Anchoring the RFP responses for client needs wherever required and supporting the detailed solution run-through during the sales cycle
• Engage with clients on driving Automation as a strategic enabler and conveying the components of RPA & Cognition (AL/ML), ecosystem around organization structure, governance model, RACI matrix, roles required, evaluation matrix for processes and enabling integration with BPM, platforms and other point solutions
• Undertake due-diligence process and work as a trusted advisory to internal and external stakeholders on building an ecosystem of data mining and transformation
• Drive Work Orchestration through Intelligent Finance, Flexible Operating Models and Automated & Agile Workforce
• Evangelizing solutions in Finance and Accounting while working with multiple teams within Accenture’s digital eco system and partners and bringing them to life in demos & innovations labs
• Should have good understanding of commercial structures of transformation proposals and impact on P&L

Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10 to 12 years operations experience
• 6-8 years BT experience in any industry
• 3-5 years any F&A (PTP/RTR/OTC) experience not necessarily doing BT work, i.e, Ops Lead
• Open to any course
• Sigma black belt trained / green belt certified
• Open to ICs although resource may manage 1-2 resources
• Open to foreign nationals
