Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Business Transformation Senior Manager to lead process improvement initiatives and guide business owners in enhancing process performance in a project environment.

You will build and deliver delivery excellence training, coach on business excellence principles, and ensure standardized processes are created, monitored and analyzed across functions. The role focuses on KPI reporting, cross-functional initiatives, and expanding a culture of quality in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Business Transformation under BPO or Shared Services industry.
• At least 10 years of experience in leadership position.
• Black Belt trained or certified with AI and RPA.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate process improvement and assist business owners in improving existing process performance through analysis, experience and employee input in a project environment.
• Build and deliver Operational/Delivery Excellence training and coach on business excellence principles.
• Assist organization in the creation, monitoring, measurement and analysis of standardized processes.
• Support the development and implementation of a formal management review of KPI results, and train and coach all functional areas on measurement principles.
• Provide input to weekly/monthly KPI reports and review meetings.
• Facilitate cross-functional Process Improvement Initiatives and root cause analysis.
• Implement strategic quality direction into operational guidelines and practices and support expansion of quality culture.
• Provide support to develop tracking assets for success stories and lessons learned.
• Communicate to key management stakeholders on salient quality issues and business opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate process improvement and assist business owners in improving existing process performance through analysis, experience and employee input in a project environment
• Build and deliver Operational/Delivery Excellence training and coach on business excellence principles
• Assist organization in the creation, monitoring, measurement and analysis of standardized processes
• Support the development and implementation of a formal management review of Key Performance/Operating results, and train and coach all functional areas on measurement principles
• Provide support/input to weekly and/or monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and review meetings
• Facilitate and/or participate in cross functional Process Improvement Initiatives and root cause analysis
• Implement strategic quality direction into operational guidelines and practices and support ongoing expansion of the quality culture across the organization
• Provide support to develop support assets, e.g., tracking tool for operational excellence success stories, tracking of root cause/lessons learned from actual delivery experiences, etc.
• Communicate to key management stakeholders on salient quality issues and business opportunities

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 15+ years of overall experience in Business Transformation under BPO or Shared Services industry
• At least 10 years of experience in leadership position
• Black Belt Trained or Certified with relevant experience in AI and RPA
• Open to all industries; preferably insurance but NOT required
• Local Preferred - Open to Non-Local
• Open to all industries in ASEAN and local market
• Provision for P43 and P44 hires
• College graduate
• Open to IC candidates
