Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Taguig offers a hybrid position for a Reporting Analyst (Excel & VBA). The role ensures standard and ad hoc reports are delivered accurately and on time, accessing data and coding components of application code.

You will optimize performance, support demand and capacity management, and collaborate with multiple teams to provide insightful reporting. At least 6 months of Excel reporting experience is expected, with VBA/Macro automation a plus.

• At least 6 months experience on reporting using MS Excel.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledgeable in building / mobilizing reports in MS Excel; VBA/Macro to automate reports.

POSITION TITLE: Reporting Analyst (Excel & VBA)

WORK SETUP: Hybrid

OVERALL PURPOSE: Ensure standard and ad hoc reports are delivered accurately and on time. Work with other functional teams to access / understand data to be analyzed. Coordinate across multiple operations / teams to add reporting insight. Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code.

Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Shift

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 6 months experience on reporting (using MS Excel)
• Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledgeable in building / mobilizing reports in MS Excel
• Knowledgeable in VBA and Macro to automate reports
• Working experience in data visualization (Tableau, Datazen, PowerBI) is good to have but not required
