Job summary

Accenture in Taguig is seeking a Business Transformation Associate Manager to join our hybrid team. The role focuses on driving security transformation programs, optimizing processes, and coaching business units on performance excellence.

You will partner with clients, lead cross-functional process improvements, develop KPI reporting, and promote a culture of continuous improvement while aligning with corporate security and risk objectives.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of client-facing project experience.
• Six Sigma knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Open to ASEAN candidates and willing to share transfer costs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate process improvement and assist business owners in improving existing process performance through analysis, experience and employee input in a project environment
• Build and deliver Operational/Delivery Excellence training and coach on business excellence principles
• Assist organization in the creation, monitoring, measurement and analysis of standardized processes
• Support the development and implementation of a formal management review of Key Performance/Operating results, and train and coach all functional areas on measurement principles
• Provide support/input to weekly and/or monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and review meetings
• Facilitate and/or participate in cross functional Process Improvement Initiatives and root cause analysis
• Implement strategic quality direction into operational guidelines and practices and support ongoing expansion of the quality culture across the organization
• Provide support to develop support assets, e.g., tracking tool for operational excellence success stories, tracking of root cause/lessons learned from actual delivery experiences, etc.
• Communicate to key management stakeholders on salient quality issues and business opportunities

OVERALL PURPOSE

The Security Transformation Analyst supports the organizations information security, compliance, and risk management objectives by driving security programs, monitoring adherence to security requirements, and promoting secure behaviors across business operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Green belt certified or trained
• At least 3 years of experience handling projects in a client facing role: BPO and Shared Services industry not required; open to other industries and highlighted those in Automotive/Manufacturing; led more than 1 VSM activity
• Open to IC candidates; Handling clients isnt required and must focus on how candidates are able to communicate effectively, handle certain situations and thoroughly express knowledge on six sigma. Applicants with experiences in dealing and leading internal projects are acceptable.
• Open to considering candidates with some business transformation experience
• Open to college undergraduates
• Open to consider Yellow belt candidates
• Open to ASEAN candidates; with provision for P43/P44; transfer costs to be shouldered by the project
• Open to consider candidates with BT experience but with no six sigma certifications
• Open to other industries
