Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance Process Transformation Manager in Manila to support CFO & Enterprise Value initiatives, driving finance operations optimization and strategic decision-making. You will lead As-Is/To-Be designs, design shared services models, and develop business cases while contributing to practice growth.

You will collaborate with global teams, manage client relationships, and implement finance transformation programs that align with digital disruption and new operating models.

Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years in finance transformation and global program delivery.
• Experience leading finance shared services design and outsourcing programs.
• Familiar with SAP, Oracle, and BlackLine finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance workstream within a large-scale business transformation.
• Deliver As-Is process assessment and To-Be process design with improvement recommendations.
• Lead the finance shared services operating model design and implementation.
• Conduct business case analysis for shared services / outsourcing / operations transformation / process improvement programs.
• Support the client account team in business development including leading RFP responses and solution development.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and networks.
• Utilize Strategy & Consulting methods to deliver finance solutions for CFO & EV.
• Support development of the S&C & CFO&EV practice and assets.

As Finance Process Transformation Manager, you will be involved in Finance Operations service offerings to help organizations optimize their finance functions, improve operational efficiency, and drive strategic decision-making.

Offerings include, but are not limited toFinance Process Transformation and Shared Services (SSC)/Global Business Services (GBS) operating model design and implementation, location assessment and SSC health check.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Leading the finance workstream within a large-scale business transformation
• Delivering As-Is process assessment and To-Be process design and providing recommendations for improvement
• Leading the finance shared services operating model design and implementation
• Conducting business case analysis for a shared services / outsourcing advisory / operations transformation / process improvement program
• Supporting the client account team in business development including leading client RFP response, solution development, participating in client orals, commercials etc
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and networks
• Using S&C and CFO&EV methods, frameworks and assets to deliver solutions to clients
• Supporting the development and contributing to the S&C and CFO&EV practice, capabilities and solutions #LI - PH

Your skills and experience count!

• Good understanding of end-to-end finance processes, especially Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report
• Strong experience in finance process improvement projects, finance transformation, target operating model design, setup or implementation of finance and accounting shared service centers
• Basic understanding or working knowledge of some of the leading finance systems such as SAP, Oracle, BlackLine, etc.
• Good communication, problem-solving, project management and leadership skills
• Preferably CPA, MBA or similar designation
• Open to cross-country relocation
