Job summary

Accenture in Quezon, Philippines, seeks a Collections Support Senior Analyst for a hybrid role. The candidate will support the OTC Team Lead to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets and handle complex activities as required.

The role requires at least 3 years in collections and 1 year of supervisory experience. You will oversee AR processes, ensure timely invoicing, and align with SLAs while exploring improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the activities assigned by the OTC Team Lead.
• Provides day-to-day guidance to the group, conducts workload studies, plans activities, sets direction, and evaluates direct reports.
• Ensure timely sending of invoices to customers and completeness of supporting documents of the billing team.
• Act as first level of escalation validating the accuracy of billing data against sales orders, purchase orders, etc., and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor team productivity and accuracy, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Understand and perform AR lead role.
• Assist AR processors with questions and problems related to day-to-day processing.
• Assist the OTC Team Lead in supervising the activities of the AR processing team within Manila DC.
• Ability to help the staff and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Comply with client policies and regulatory requirements that the company must adhere to.
• Escalate production issues to OTC Team Lead as appropriate.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with SLAs and metrics.
• Assist in creating Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for the team.

May be assigned complex activities depending upon business requirements RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the activities assigned by the OTC Team Lead.
• Provides a day-to-day work to the group, conducts workload studies, plans activities, sets direction, and provides supervision to and evaluation of direct reports
• Ensure timely sending of invoices to customers and completeness of supporting documents of the billing team.
• Act as first level of escalation validating the accuracy of billing data against sales order, customer’s purchase order, etc and immediately resolve any discrepancies noted
• Monitor team productivity and accuracy, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Understand and perform AR lead role.
• Assist AR processors with questions and problems related day to day transaction processing.
• Assist the OTC Team Lead in supervising the activities performed by the regular AR processing team within Manila DC.
• Ability to help the staff
• Actively seeks opportunities for Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Complies with all clients published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to.
• Escalates production issues to OTC Team Lead as appropriate.
• Ensures all work is performed in accordance with SLAs and metrics.

Members not meeting expected production or quality targets, monitors program for a defined period
