Job summary

Csod is seeking an OurSupervisor, DC Inventory Control to support the Inventory Manager and Associate in preparing monthly and quarterly regional reports for the Distribution Center. The role focuses on leading cycle counts, overseeing stock movements, and ensuring report accuracy, with active KPI tracking and collaboration with 3PL partners.

Qualifications

• Leads cycle counts and stock take activities
• Ensures accuracy of reports and timely notices to 3PL partners
• Tracks KPIs and supports regional reporting
• Coordinates with departments for required reports
• Establishes tracking and control (FIFO)
• Supports recruitment and performance activities through coaching and mentoring

Responsibilities

• Leading cyclecounts & stock take activities
• Overseeing daily operations related to material/inventory movements, identify bottlenecks and propose actions
• Reviewing all reports submitted by the Inventory Control Associate, ensuring accuracy and providing heads up and recommendations
• Ensuring all requested adjustments are investigated and authorized/valid
• Preparing and coordinating with departments for the needed reports
• Establishing tracking and control (i.e. FIFO)
• Tracking KPIs regularly and ensuring timely notices to 3PL partners
• Assisting in employee recruitment, performance evaluation, promotion and retention activities
