An Associate to lead a team within our Regulatory Reporting function. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of regulatory reports to various supervisory authorities. The successful candidate will combine strong leadership skills with deep technical expertise in regulatory frameworks and an understanding of local reporting regulations.

Bachelor’s Degree in either Math, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Business Administration or its equivalent and preferably with experience in the banking industry
You will also need to possess excellent communication skills and ability to confidently interact with a diverse set of stakeholders
Proficiency in MS applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc) is needed
Relevant knowledge and experience in local regulatory environment and regulatory reporting function is ideal
Knowledge and exposure to AI tools and LLMs
