Job summary

EY Philippines seeks a Dayforce Senior Consultant to join the Global Delivery Services (GDS) People Consulting (PC) Work Force Management (WFM) team. You will help implement and optimize Dayforce solutions to manage time, attendance, leave, and payroll across multinational projects.

As part of EY’s GDS PC WFM practice, you’ll collaborate with a distributed team, delivering high-quality, scalable workforce management services.

Qualifications

6–9 years of relevant experience in Workforce management and payroll consulting.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience working in a consulting environment on global client projects.

Responsibilities

Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management for task execution.
Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring tools and support for success, and evaluating performance.
Support client projects leveraging deep knowledge of Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Labour Scheduling and related systems.
Work on client projects as part of a global distributed team, ensuring quality and timely delivery of outputs.
Be recognized as a subject matter expert in one or more areas within Workforce Management.
