Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication skills with English.
• Customer service experience in a call centre or similar customer-facing environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently whilst handling multiple customer interactions.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude when dealing with diverse customer needs.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and willingness to learn new technologies and software.
• Reliability and punctuality with a commitment to meeting performance standards.
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability to work scheduled shifts, including potential evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via telephone, email, chat, and other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate product and service information to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our customer relationship management system.
• Identify customer needs and escalates complex issues to supervisors or specialist teams when necessary.
• Follow company protocols and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to team targets and performance metrics whilst maintaining individual accountability.
• Actively listen to customer feedback and provide suggestions for service improvements.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Adhere to compliance requirements and data protection policies at all times.
