Job summary

Ayala Malls is looking for a Visualization Specialist to support BI platforms, ensuring dashboards and reports are refreshed accurately and on time. You will administer access, perform data quality checks, and collaborate with the Data & Insights team, IT, and stakeholders to deliver reliable analytics solutions.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in BI or analytics, with Power BI and Tableau skills, and solid SQL knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, reporting, or analytics support preferred.
• Proficiency in Power BI with dashboard maintenance and report administration.
• Working knowledge of Tableau and other BI tools.
• Basic to intermediate SQL for data validation, troubleshooting, and querying relational databases.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, reporting administration, and user access management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor dashboard refresh schedules for timely, accurate reports.
• Administer user access, security groups, and dashboard permissions per governance standards.
• Perform data validation and resolve or escalate data quality and refresh issues.
• Provide first-level support for Power BI and Tableau users, including access requests and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist in developing, enhancing, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Maintain documentation for dashboards, data sources, user access, and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Data, IT, and business teams to support reporting initiatives and user experience.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve reporting efficiency and dashboard reliability.

The Visualization Specialist is responsible for supporting the administration, maintenance, and reliability of business intelligence and reporting platforms. The role ensures dashboards and reports are refreshed accurately and on time, manages user access and governance, performs data quality checks, provides first-level user support, and maintains reporting documentation.
