Job summary

Schneider Electric in the Philippines is seeking a Data Steward to work with the NAM Service Power System Business Unit. The role focuses on updating and creating install base data, data validation, and supporting sales campaigns under a business manager, with a dotted line to the local manager.

The position requires at least a Bachelor's degree, 2 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Sound decision making and prioritization skills.
• Self-driven / motivated.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of general business operations including operational support and customer service.
• 2 Full-Time positions available.

Responsibilities

• Update and create new install base data.
• Fulfill standard data requests, data validation, data entry, data quality reporting, data cleanup.
• Assist with the creation of sales campaigns.
• Fulfillment of ad hoc reports and assistance to local team.
