Responsibilities

• Prepare daily reports following prescribed format and guidelines.
• Ensure articles are placed in their proper sections.
• Communicate with client contact for day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with client on issues encountered in processes.
• Train and lead additional team members when needed.
• Monitor daily tasks based on KPIs.
• Develop and update procedures manual.
• Receive dataset and project brief from client and prepare production estimates.
• Code provided dataset within project brief parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the daily report following the prescribed format and guidelines.
• Ensure that all articles are in their proper sections.
• Communicate with Customer's designated contact person for day to day operations.
• Coordinate with Customer any issues encountered in executing the processes.
• Train and lead any additional team members.
• Monitor daily tasks based on Key Performance Indicators.
• Build up the procedures manual.
• Any other tasks that fall within the same skill set that Custom.Receive the data set and project brief from Customer.
• Prepare the production estimates and project schedule.
• Code the data set provided within the required parameter sin the project brief.

Requirements

• Experience : This role is open to Fresh graduates
• Graduate of any 4-year college course preferably in English, Journalism, or Communication
• Must have excellent comprehension and written English communication skills
• Must have at least one year experience in a similar function (e.g. editing, abstracting)
• Highly analytical and driven to achieve objectives x Organized and well motivated
